My mission is to coach people on effective ways to achieve optimal health, movement, and fitness so they can live with more energy, happiness, and motivation, and achieve their most awesome life possible.

I have worked in the fitness industry for 30 years and built a reputation as an expert and leader in the Health, Fitness and Wellness field. I inspire clients in health coaching, helping to upgrade their lives and break through roadblocks that hold them back from their ultimate goals in life. I love my job and love uncovering the human potential in my clients.
My passion for health and wellness has led me down many roads. Ten years ago I faced the reality that I was under-performing in all aspects of my life. This path was leading me toward less productivity, depression, declining brain function and a lack of motivation. I wasn’t sure I could do anything about it, in fact I was told that this is what aging is all about and I needed to accept this as part of life. Somehow, instead of sitting back and waiting for life to float by, I listened to a tiny voice inside me and decided to create my own reality rather than this dismal idea about aging.
Once I decided to actively take charge, a whole world of biohacking (i.e. the practice of changing one’s chemistry and physiology through science and self-experimentation to energize and enhance the body) opened up for me and I felt I found my purpose. I was determined to upgrade my biology and then help others to do the same. During this transition period, I took many trainings, read as much as I could and listened to podcast after podcast, where I learned to eat good fats and less carbs, how to sleep better, meditate, take targeted supplements, and become a better listener. These improvements changed everything and slowly my brain came back on line. I noticed an increase in alertness, motivation and energy, and I continue to improve every day with a much better memory, and much stronger body.
My training is extensive and has been a lifelong journey. As a Merrithew Lead Instructor Trainer for Pilates, and an integral member of the John Garey Fitness and Pilates Team, I lead instructor training courses and workshops for instructors in the fitness industry. In my private practice I specialize in creating individual plans with clients around the topics of health and wellness using an array of skills, including Pilates, Gyrotonic, weight training, nutrition and life coaching.
In addition to being certified in Pilates and Gyrotonic, I am also a Certified Human Potential Coach and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and have a degree in Microbiology. I help my clients focus on their goals, create action plans, eliminate obstacles that get in their way, and provide accountability so they can reach their human potential.
